JULY 16

Linda Kaye Gross, 450 Union Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, failure to stop when officer signals. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael Dewayne Wolfe, 28 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with  probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Lessie Barthalamew Barksdale, 1732 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be hear in Circuit Court.

Alvin Burnenette Allen, 3319 compress Rd., Como was arrested and charged with felony bad check. The case will be heard in Justice and Circuit Court.

Eldridge Bernard Cole, 801 Mays Street, Coldwater was arrested and charged with playing loud music, no seat belt, driving while license suspended and no insurance. The case will be heard in Como municipal court.

Misty Lynn Ford, 706 Nell Street, Charleston was arrested and charged with disturbance of family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

JULY 17

Jada Lynn Mayer of 525 Morris Lane, Batesville was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rebecca Lee Mayer of 1216 Terza Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenneth Roy Redwine, 285 Hubbard Dr., Pope was arrested and charged with burglary of other than dwelling, conspiracy and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Clerk.

Richard Simpson Ragland of 465 China Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with burglary of other than a dwelling, conspiracy and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terry Lantonio Gardner, 303 Railroad St., Como was arrested and charged with public drunk, public profanity, loitering and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

JULY 18

Seth Anson Wiltshire, 209 North State Street, Duckhill, was arrested and charged with DUI other and careless driving. The case will be  heard in Justice Court.

Kenida Young,135 Hibblett Rd., Como was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Timothy Earl Ray, 104 Gowdy, Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Edward W. Woodall, 111 Acorn Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jonathon Cortez Brown, 405 Fredrick St., Sardis was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal and Circuit Court.
