The following information was taken from the log book at the David M. Bryan Justice Complex. A charge does not indicate an admission of guilt.

February 13

Jecoleman Leene Street,  164 Otto Sanford Subdivision, Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael Anthony Keeton Jr., 1162 Morrow Rd., Courtland, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Derrius D. McGhee, 508 Long St., Senatobia, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Richard C. Hunt, 1641 Rockhill Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

February 14
Curtis W. Watters, 392 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Chester Lee Sangster, 107 Northwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense (11 counts).

David D. Ray, 8289 Hwy. 51, Courtland, is being held for investigation and was charged with burglary and grand larceny.

Troy Lynn Smith Jr., 124 Main St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jacambria R. Marshall, 3074 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Reuben Alexander Corley, 138 Greenbriar Circle, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rufus R. Jones, 2280 Dummyline Rd., Crowder, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tony L. Wilkins, 799 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kevin Wade Smith, 331 Hightower St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with bad checks. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Keoshia C. Gardner, 531 Ross St., Lambert, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Quinterrius D. Smith, 3670 Bethleham Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Mitchell Saulsberry, 3875 Thyatira Tyro Rd., Senatobia, is being held for investigation.

Kevin Jerome Saulsberry, 220 Dilmill Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Lamarcus Rashun Jackson, 714 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, no proof of insurance and no tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Alance T. Walker, 116 Field St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ruth L. Valentine, 105 Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

George Lee Todd Jr., 330 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, false information, two counts of simple assault, no tag and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Justin K. Mister, 330 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and false information. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Derrick Holmes, 1656 McNeely Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with enticement of a child to produce visual depiction of sexual conduct.

Chucky Toliver, 201 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with felony possession of crack cocaine and possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
