December 22

Willie Reeves Jr., 4537 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tevin B. Robinson, 196 Harris Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

John D. Putman, 39 Beatty Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and DUI-third.The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

December 23

Willie J. Harris, 207 G. Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container-DUI. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marco Kentrell Lamar, 219 A West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a writ to hold.

Keitric D. Miller, 2897 Parks Place Rd., Sardis, was  arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Quinterrius D. Smith, 114 Ausbourn St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael S. Baker, 100 Valley Stone Rd., Huntsville, Ala., was arrested and charged with DUI-first, reckless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

 Stephen S. Moore, 216 Blackgum Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be hear in Justice Court.

James Leach, 315 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Fred McBride, 361 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy L. Connor, 6009 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault by threat. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bryan E. Morton,122 Dawn Cove, Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-third and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy J. Hardy, 962 Pollege Park Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with switched tag, no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael L. Owens, 1799 Berwind Rd., Memphis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
