Amy Bullard, 50

Amy Bullard, 50, formerly of Pope, passed away Sunday afternoon, Dec. 20, 2020, at her home in Lakeland, TN.

A celebration of life will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.

Amy was born on August 24, 1970 to the late J.C. and Lillie Mae Hester Bullard in Batesville.

She was a 1988 graduate of North Delta School and worked as a registered nurse throughout her lifetime. Amy’s greatest joy in life was her son, Dudley. They both enjoyed taking walks around their neighborhood, attending Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, and so much more.

She loved to decorate and had an eye for interior design. Amy also enjoyed cooking, drawing and sketching, and shopping. She was always dressed up in the latest fashion and enjoyed life to the fullest.

Those left behind to cherish her fun-loving memory includes her son, Dudley Nichols of Lakeland, TN; two sisters, Melinda Nix of Germantown, TN, and Pam Bullard Griffing of Shreveport, LA; two brothers, Carl Bullard of Shreveport, LA, and Ricky Bullard of Pope; and the father of her son, Lauren Nichols, III.
