Gary Wayne Crumpler

Gary Wayne (Bo Dean) Crumpler, 56, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. A memorial gathering for family and friends was held Monday, Dec. 2, at Wells Funeral Home.

He was born Dec. 7, 1962, in Como,  to the late Charles Robert and Barbara Ann Matthews Crumpler. He was employed at Martin Brothers in Sardis.

 

 

Perlie Mae Hamilton

Funeral services for Perlie Mae Hamilton, 46, will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, at St. Peters M.B. Church with Pastor O’dell Draper officiating. Burial will follow at Pilgrim Rest Church cemetery under the direction of Cooley’s Mortuary.

She died Nov. 24, 2019, at her residence in Sardis. She was born Sept. 24, 1973, to Segrest Hamilton and Lenora Jefferson. She was a member of St. Peters M.B. Church.

Visitation is set for Friday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Cooley’s Mortuary.

 

Michael Wayne Haney

Michael Wayne Haney, 61, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019, at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

He was born on Feb. 24, 1958, in Batesville,  to Mary Gordon and Felix Haney.  He served with the United States Navy.

Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 2,  in the chapel of Dickins Funeral Home with Bro. Hal Johnson officiating.  Burial was in Batesville Magnolia Cemetery.

 

John Laughlin

John Laughlin, 80, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, at Texas County Medical Center in Houston, MO.
