August 13
Jonathan Tyler Goolsby, 113 Twin Gates Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery, person of authority/trust over child. The case will be heard in  Circuit Court.

Kevin D. Smith, 505 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a  child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Lisa Kay Clark, 152 County Road 426, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rodriguez K. Thomas, 417 Juanita St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court in justice and contempt of court in Sardis Municipal Court.

Ricky D. Petty, 309 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jimmy Dale Redwine, 2101 Itasea Nesbit, Nesbit, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael A. Brassell, 430 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault and child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
