Humphreys rallies to force game 3
Humphreys Academy rallies in the bottom of the fifth inning and puts up six runs to win 13-12 over North Delta and force game three tonight at North Delta.
The game was tied 6-6 going into the bottom of the fifth. North Delta scored six more runs in the tops of the sixth and seventh inning to retie the game at 12.
In the eighth inning, North Delta was held scoreless while Humphreys got a run across for the win.
The two teams will play the deciding game three at North Delta this afternoon at 4 p.m. The winner will advance to the north state tournament next week against the winner of the Bayou Academy/Tunica Academy series.
