August 25

James Robert Riley, 59 Wright Rd., Grenada, was arrested and charged with sexual battery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Justin West McPhail, 216 Robin Rd., Grenada, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and crossing a median. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 26

Dejon Fontez Pryor, 6485 Kirby Parkway Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tavis Tremane Smith, 212 Eureka St. Apt. 4, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kelvin Ansess Givian, 1173 LRL Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Matthew Dwain Painter, 325 Collins Rd., Sardis, has a hold. 

August 27

Raven Ari-Shekia Farmer, 1120 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jarvis Contrail Johnson, 433 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Essie Mae Brown, 3541 Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, driving while license suspended, reckless driving and failure to stop for blue lights. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Allen Neisler, 288 Coles Point Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Felisha S. Hunt, 211 Tubbs Rd. Apt. No. 20, Batesville, was arrested on a bench warrant. 

Whitney Denise Holliman, 2470 First View Lake Cove, Hernando, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Shelby Paige Jenkins, 113 Court St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with grand larceny.
