Bennie Carl Joiner, 66, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, at the Tunica Nursing Home in Tunica.

The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 11, from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. at Forrest Memorial Park.

Bennie was born Sept. 3, 1956, in Sardis, to Ernest Lee Joiner and Nora Lavelle Ware Joiner. Bennie was a carpenter by trade and was very artistic and enjoyed drawing and painting. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Sardis.

In addition to his parents, Bennie was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Joiner. Survivors include his son, Tristan Joiner, of Walls, MS his sister, Ruth Dunlap (Andy), of Coldwater, and one brother, Jimmy Joiner (Audrey), of Raleigh, NC.
