Christopher Alan “Chris” Wilson, 44, of Ft. Worth, TX, passed away unexpectedly in Memphis on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

Chris was born October 26, 1977 to James Alan Wilson and Theresa McDonald in Plaquemines Parish, LA.

Chris proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a regional sales manager for National Auto Care. Chris loved his God. He was an active member of Gateway Church in Ft. Worth, TX.  Chris was an avid golfer and musician. He could play all instruments and had a fondness for music of many different genres. Chris loved life. He always saw the best in people, was never one to judge, and was a deeply caring person. Anyone who met Chris loved Chris. He could be characterized as an exceptional in every aspect.

The precious family he leaves behind to cherish his memory includes his wife, Miyon Lee Wilson of Ft. Worth, TX; children, Leanne Barton of Salt Lake City, UT, Jessica Barton of Greenville, SC, Kaela Wilson of Ft. Worth, TX; mother, Theresa McDonald Winters (Steve) of Oxford; father, James Alan Wilson (Kim) of Aurora, CO; brothers, Randy Wilson (Angela) of Coldwater, MS, Tony Boyd (Ila) and Josh Boyd (Annie) both of Aurora, CO, Nic Boyd (Kaci) of Greenville, MS, and Zack Bokker of Booneville, AR.

Chris was preceded in death by one brother, James Daniel Wilson.

He will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held in Ft. Worth at a time to be announced by the family.
