Donald Wayne “Don” Moore,  76, passed away Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021, at his home near Batesville.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1,  in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Forrest Memorial Park in Batesville. The family will be receiving friends prior to service beginning at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Don was born July 6, 1945, in Moulton, AL, to the late R.J. and Pearlie Mae Reed Moore. He was a longtime maintenance technician and electrician for the former South Panola Community Hospital and Tri-Lakes Medical Center in Batesville.

Those Don leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Judy Morrow Moore of Batesville; four sons, Ricky Moore (Debbie) of Batesville,  Keith Moore (Angel) of Batesville,  Tracy Moore (Tina) of Batesville, and Jay Moore (Teresa) of Batesville; two brothers, Jimmy Moore of Batesville, and David Moore of Batesville,  nine grandchildren, Tiffanie Cosby, Tyler Moore, Hunter Moore, Trusten Moore, Hayden Moore, Mallorye Moore Pegueros, Donovan Moore, Bryce Moore, Gage Gurley Moore; and 11 great-grandchildren, Brayden Gatlin, Anna Kate Gatlin, Emma Grace Moore, Carter Moore, Sawyer Moore, Kylee Moore, Ryder Moore, Myles Moore, Maelee Magness, Camila Pegueros, and Daxtyn Moore.

Along with his parents, Don was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Moore.
