Hazel Price Hawkins, 98, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.

Hazel was born on December 19, 1921 to the late Frank Price and Lottie Alma Wilson Price in Mississippi. She was a homemaker during her lifetime and ran an at-home daycare for children in Clarksdale, where she resided for many years.

Those left behind to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sandra Hawkins Bryant of Batesville; 6 grandchildren, Paula Broome, Paige Hawkins, Brad Hawkins, Craig Hawkins, Neely Bryant Baker, and Jordan Bryant; and 3 great grandchildren, Madison Hawkins, Bowan Hawkins, and Ansley Baker.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Lee Hawkins; and 3 children, Barbara Henderson, Tommy Hawkins, and Roger Hawkins.

There will be no services held.
