Wyatt J. Sledge, 304 S. Pearl St., McLeansboro, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia and was fined $383.

David J. Brown, 200 Hwy. 51 South, Batesville, was found guilty of possession of paraphernalia and non-payment of old fines totaling $800.

Andrew D. Dailey,100 Anchorage Rd., Apt.16, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $443.

Winter N. Swope, 802 MLK Jr.Dr.,West Helena, Ark., will have a trial March 4 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Shereka S. Thomas, 213 Vance St., Batesville, had a felony-embezzlement charge bound over to the Panola Co.Grand Jury. Thomas was also ordered to pay $2,122 in old fines.

Dendron K. Gleaton, 606 Gleaton Rd., Apt. A, Pope, had a felony burglary and larceny charge bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury. Gleaton also also a simple assault charge dismissed.

Anthony D. Cole, 2073 Woods Rd., Batesville, had charges of felony- burglary and petit larceny bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Markel A. Gleaton, 606 Gleaton Rd., Pope,had charges of felony burglary and petit larceny bound over to the Panola Co.Grand Jury.

In cases set for trial,

Tommy Wright, 139 Todd Rd.,Apt. A, Batesville, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and was fined $975 due in 30 days.

Shavon Robinson, 210 Fisher St., Batesville, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and fined $647.

William Foster, no address given, was found guilty of false information and was fined $247 after being credited $400 for time served.

Candy Hunter, no address given, made an initial appearance on charges of grand larceny and burglary.
