Both South Panola girls and boys basketball teams fell to Starkville in a Region 2-6A  tilt at home Friday.

The South Panola boys (1-11, 0-4) dropped a 64-36 verdict to the No. 5 ranked and division leading Yellowjackets while the Lady Tigers (9-5,1-3) lost a close 67-57 contest to the Lady ‘Jackets

South Panola hosts Germantown Friday in a four-game set beginning at 4 p.m with the junior varsity girls taking the court.
