Funeral services for Joseph Michael Anthony, 48,  will be posted by Wells Funeral Home when finalized by the family. He passed away at his home near Batesville Nov. 19, 2019.

He was born Feb. 21, 1971, to Alex Allday and the late Deborah Owen Anthony in Batesville. He served his country in the U.S. Army.

 

Bobby Lee Goss

Funeral services for Bobby Lee Goss, 72, will be held today (Nov. 26) at Cedar Grove M.B. Church in Como. He died Nov. 19, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.

Burial will be at Howard Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Felix Cauthen Funeral Home.

 

Saint Clair Johnson, Sr.

Graveside services for Saint Clair Johnson, Sr., 70, affectionately known as C, will be held Dec. 2 at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 1:10 promptly. The family will receive friends at E.H. Ford Mortuary from 10 a.m. to noon before the service.

He died Nov. 17, 2019, at Veterans Hospital in Memphis.

E.H. Ford Mortuary is located at 3390 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis.

The West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery is located at 4000 Forest Hill Irene, Memphis.

 

Betty Ann Lee

A gathering of friends to remember the life of Betty Ann Lee, 84, was held Saturday, Nov. 23,  at Wells Funeral Home with burial at Pisgah Cemetery. She died Nov. 20, 2019, in Pope.

She was born on March 23, 1935, to the late Marjorie Magee Baker and Cooper Williamson in Mississippi. She worked in the masonry business as a sales representative and was a member of the Byhalia United Methodist Church.
