Earl Burdette beat two Independent candidates in the five polling precincts of Panola County’s District 2 Tuesday to win a seat on the Board of Supervisors.

Precinct results were:

Sardis Library: Burdette 428     Holliday  127     Mothershead   189

Macedonia:   Burdette 508    Holliday  34    Mothershead  82

Crenshaw:  Burdette  104   Holliday 25    Mothershead 107

Longtown:  Burdette 88    Holliday 17    Mothershead 75

Pleasant Grove:  Burdette 33   Holliday 6    Mothershead 150
