The picnic was sponsored by the Austin and Vaxter families.

Several churches came and enjoyed the fellowship with each other, namely Harrisonville, Life Changing Ministry, West Springhill, No Souls Left Behind Zion Chapel AME, Eureka, Courtland Bethlehem, Deliverance Tabernacle.

The weather was beautiful in all its splendor, comfort and joy. Children running barefoot in the grass.

The adults were able to relax and seeing the young relive their youth.

The adults along with the children played bible trivia, many gifts were given out especially to the children, many received bikes. I was glad to see how many children loved the bible trivia game. Those of us who teach Sunday school grasped the importance of studying the word of God, that flows into the spirit of our children.

The men and women played bingo and won many prizes.

Phyliss Vaxter was the lady in charge of the games, Randy Austin was the one who checked the game boards.

Many outdoor games were abound with love as they played together with others.

Food and more food kept coming for all to consume, and take some home.
