Aug. 5

Jocques Devon Turner, 218 Pearson St., Batesville, was charged with a parole violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Marvin Johnson, 307 Church St., Sardis, was charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Scotty Lavell Thomas, 107 MLK Apt #36, Batesville, has a hold.

Janicholas Antavias Hunt, 913 18th St., Oxford, was charged with statutory rape and two counts of sexual battery. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal and Circuit Court.

Jasmine Lee Gatlin, 2677 Seven Rd., Batesville, was charged with DUI and suspended driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

John Lee Mosley, 9460 Charlie Pride Hwy., Sledge, was charged with no seatbelt, no driver’s license, no insurance, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. His cases will be heard in Circuit and Crenshaw Municipal Court.
