The following cases were heard in Batesville Municipal Court, Wednesday, May 22, with Judge Jay Westfaul presiding.

Justin B. Perry, 872 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, pleaded not guilty to open container, possession of paraphernalia, improper equipment and no proof of insurance. Perry was also ordered to pay $89 in old fines.

Keanna Robinson, 3713 Seven Rd.,Batesville, pleaded guilty to simple possession of marijuana and was fined $443.

Devonte D. Smith, 3408A Eureka Rd., Batesville, failed to appear on a charge of petit larceny. Fox Bonding Co. was notified.

Nina D. Ragon, 2117 Hughes Rd., Courtland, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $1,146.

Teresa A. Stokes,1200 Quitman Ave.,Crowder, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $1,146.

Linda C. Fields,1200 Quitman Ave.,Crowder, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $1,146.

Chiquita S. Wilson, 503 1/2 Murphy Rd., Charleston, had a shoplifting charge continued.

Brittany S. Johnson (McIntyre), 20 Peters Hill, Enid, failed to appear for the second time on a shoplifting charge. An arrest warrant was issued.

Cody D. Raymond,120 Walker Rd., Lambert, was ordered to pay $306 for non-payment of old fines.

Marquez D. Flowers, 102 Hadorn Rd., Batesville, failed to appear for the second time on a contempt of court charge. An arrest warrant was issued.

Ethan B. Delk, 768 Hwy.7 North, Abbeville, had charges of felony DUI, open container, driving with suspended license and no proof of insurance sent to a Grand Jury.

Deshaun S. Lockwood,149 Victory Rd., Courtland, had charges of felony possession of a firearm by a felon and disorderly conduct sent to a Grand Jury.

Tommy L. Thomas, Jr. 206-A Jones Rd., Ext, Batesville, had a grand larceny charge sent to a Grand Jury.

Mark E. Moses, 37 County Rd., had charges of felony aggravated domestic violence and kidnapping sent to a Grand Jury.

Robert C. Smith, 223 Pine Lane, Batesville, pleaded to disorderly conduct and given credit for time served.

Larry Robertson, no address given, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in a vehicle and was fined $683.

In cases set for trial,

Trenita A. Windfield, 232 Baker Rd., Courtland, had charges  of DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and no proof of insurance continued.
