Batesville Parks and Recreation director Heath Fullilove said the Saturday games between Ole Miss and Mississippi State Club Baseball teams was well received by fans and enjoyed by the players.

The Bulldogs double dipped the Rebels, winning 4-2 and 12-10 at Amercian Legion Park. Others students and friends of the players were in attendance, as well as about 50 locals who stopped to watch parts the games.

The Rebels are tentatively scheduled to play here again Thursday night, when they host the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
