The South Panola tennis team evened its record to 1-1 on the season with a 7-0 loss at Grenada Tuesday.

In boys singles, Spencer Davis lost 2-6, 5-7. In No. 1 boys doubles, Eli Standard and Ben Smith lost in straight sets 2-6, 2-6.

In the other boys doubles match, Logan Cossey and Gaiquiri Tyler fell 1-6, 2-6. In  girls doubles, Mary Grace Dickerson and Reiss Farris dropped a 2-6, 3-6 match.

In the Junior Varsity girls doubles match Anna Scott and Leilynn Farris fell 0-6, 0-6. In the mixed doubles contest, Mason Cox and Shelby Springs lost 3-6, 3-6.

South Panola were slated to host Clarksdale Thursday.
