Panola Partnership hosted a ribbon cutting and grand opening event for employees and representatives of Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC, at 106 Court St., on Jan. 23.  Castle & Cooke opened in 2005 and has offices across the United States offering a variety of mortgage lending services.
