For his 10-year career at the helm of the South Panola football program, the City of Batesville presented former head coach Lance Pogue with a proclamation Tuesday afternoon. Pogue was presented the Proclamation by Mayor Jerry Autrey, while his family joined him (from left) daughter Meleah, son Tyler, and wife Dixie.
