Kenneth Wray Bagwell

Kenneth Wray “Ken” Bagwell, age 67, of Hernando passed away October 5, 2016 in Tunica.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Wells Funeral Home has charge.
Ken was born May 31, 1949 to the late Kenneth Bagwell and Lallie Wray Bagwell in Winona, MS. Ken was a physics teacher his entire life. He loved his profession. Ken coached football in Drew, and girls basketball in Helena, Ark. He taught physics at Drew High School, Pascagoula High School, and MS Gulf Coast Community College – Jefferson Davis Campus before retirement. Ken was an avid Ole Miss Football fan.
Those left behind to cherish his loving memory include his daughters; Brittany Anne Heathscott (Jason) of Hernando, Lauren Elizabeth Bloodsworth of Gulfport; his niece, Tere Johnson of Kuttawa, Ky., one sister, Kay Eastland of Dodsville; and three grandchildren, Austin James Wilson of Batesville, Elias Noah Heathscott of Hernando, and Maci Grace Bloodsworth of Gulfport.

Charlean Bowden

COMO––Charlean Bowden, 54, died Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at home.
Services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Hunters Chapel Church in Como. Visitation will be held Tuesday 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Felix Cauthen Funeral Home. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Felix Cauthen Funeral Home has charge.
Bowden was a custodian at North Panola School District.

R. V. Draper

R.V. Draper, 75, passed away at his home in Mansfield, Texas, Saturday evening, October 8, 2016.
Mr. Draper is the widower of Mary Bolen Draper.
Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced as they become available.
Wells Funeral Home has charge.

William A. Lowe

William Lowe, 73, of Senatobia, passed away at the Sardis Nursing Home on October 7, 2016.
The family will hold a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 15, at Strayhorn Baptist Church. Wells Funeral Home has charge.
Born August 30, 1943, in Lambert to the late Harold Lowe and Claudia Tedford Lowe, he served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard.
He was a former deacon at First Baptist Church in Strayhorn, worked as a printer for the Tate County Democrat and was an over- the-road truck driver.
In his spare time William enjoyed writing poetry and had an interest in the Civil War and antique cars.
