This huge area is for parking according to John Thomas who said last week a little rain is needed on recently planted wheat at the venue of the upcoming Luke Bryan concert to be held on his property west of Batesville on Macedonia Road. Thomas was recently planting wheat after harvesting beans from the venue that could see from 10-20,000 Luke Bryan fans on the October 12 concert date. Local law enforcement and emergency responders have been planning for the influx of traffic and visitors for several weeks.
