I would like for you and all your readers to know what a wonderful experience I had at Tri-Lakes Hospital (now Merit Health-Batesville) with my recent surgery, if you can have a good experience while having surgery.

I had been having some problems so I went to see Dr. Haire. Like many of you, I have known Billy for 50 plus years and think he and his staff are as good as they come. He told me I needed surgery and recommend Dr. Donald Parnell, who is associated with Tri-Lakes.

I questioned him about Tri-Lakes because of their prior reputation, but he assured me that they were excellent.

His staff made me an appointment with Dr. Parnell for that Tuesday and surgery was scheduled for the next Thursday. From the time I entered Dr. Parnell’s office until I was discharged, I was given excellent treatment.

I would like to thank all of the employees at Dr. Parnell’s office and Tri-Lakes for being so professional. There is no way I could have been treated any better.
