Batesville’s Square Market farmers market opened Wednesday for a new season Downtown. During a brief ceremony, Chanda Campbell sang the national anthem, as vendors (from left) Doug Pepper, Vickey Gray, Mary Ruth and Bob Rice listened. The Square Market is open every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
