SP alumni classes plan homecoming tailgating experiences

By Myra Bean
South Panola alumni classes have decided to get in on the homecoming tailgating wagon. Classes from 1973 to 2014 have said they will be in force.

According to Shana Smith, principal Roy Ballentine has given permission for the classes to tailgate on the soccer field as long as the area trash is picked  up when they are done and the “grounds are left as we have found them.” She said the class of 2001 will tailgate.

Many of the classes have custom-designed T-shirts they will wear.
