North Delta football will hold a skills camp, Friday, June 13 on the North Delta field. Fourth through ninth grade will report from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Grades are specifically for 2014-15 school year.

The fourth through ninth grade fee is $65.

American Legion will close out the 2014 season tonight with the third place game at 5:30 and the championship game at 7:30.

Batesville Jr. High boys basketball will host a youth boys basketball camp for fourth through sixth grades from  8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the BJH gymnasium.

Camp fees are $50 and includes a camp T-shirt. Cash, checks or money orders accepted. Make checks and money orders out to BJHS Basketball Booster Club.

Campers can sign up the day of the camp.

South Panola varsity baseball will travel to Lafayette for games at at 4 and 6 p.m.

South Panola varsity baseball will travel to Water Valley for games at 5 and 7 p.m.

South Panola Jr. Varsity baseball will travel to Winona for games at  at 5 and 7 p.m. 

Friday-Sunday, June 20-22

Palm Tree Entertainment and CEO Miami Mike Sykes of Batesville will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a celebrity weekend at the Batesville Civic Center. A Celebrity Car Show will be held Saturday 5 to 9 p.m. with a live performance that includes Soulja Boy. On Sunday, Picnic on the Park will be held at Patton Lane Park from 1 to 9 p.m. with appearances by Dora the Explorer and Spongebob.
