Northern District Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley will hold a “Town Hall” meeting in Batesville Thursday, April 3, at the Panola County Courthouse from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. This meeting is free, and the public is invited to attend.
“I want to give people in Panola County the opportunity to share their concerns with me personally about utility services and the lack of cellular telephone and high-speed Internet service in their area,” Presley said. “I also appreciate the opportunity to speak directly to the public about the important issues facing the PSC today.”
Among other things, Commissioner Presley plans to discuss the “Zap the Gap” program to address poor cellular telephone and high-speed Internet service, the No-Call law and other consumer related topics that affect Mississippians and our economic climate.
