July 24

Deondis Kirby Floyd, 643 Thompson Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and expired tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Melvin Pride Jr., 2021 South Wolf Rd., Hillside, Ill., was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Laron Wilson, 103 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Thomas David Smith, 70 County Rd. 515, Como, was arrested and charged with DUI and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kenny Wayne Reed, 210 Barker Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-second. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Terrell Robinson, 106 Stevens Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

John E. Collins Sr., 4996 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 26

Jason D. Jones, 280 Fly St., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a felon. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.

Jonathan G. Tedford, 280 Fly St., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.

Jason L. Harris, 807 CR 15, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.

Jessica Leigh Kemp, 1630 Milton Peggs Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
