Letter to the Editor

To The Editor:

The officers and members of the Brotherhood Motorcycle Club want to thank those who assisted and participated in the annual Memorial Day “Memorial Run” for fallen bikers.

With the special help of Batesville, Como and Sardis Police Departments providing road blocks and Panola County Sheriff’s Office providing an escort, we were able to safely crisscross Panola County to the fallen bikers’ churches.

Once there, a short service and prayer was dedicated to the late biker with their family members and friends present.

We would also like to thank the public, individual bikers and other biker clubs who participated and helped make the event successful and meaningful.

Our hope is that even more interested bikers and others will join us next year for Memorial Run 2013.
