South Panola High School graduating senior Christopher Townsend takes his place during Awards Day at the school Thursday. The class, with 186 seniors, will receive diplomas Saturday in ceremonies at the Batesville Civic Center at 10 a.m. At North Panola High School, approximately 100 graduating seniors will participate in commencement exercises in the Northwest Community College coliseum on Tuesday, May 22 at 6 p.m. North Delta’s Class of 2012, with 35 seniors, celebrated graduation on May 11.
