The Lady Tigers finished the season undefeated in the district, 6-0.

The Lady Tigers had a chance in bottom of the frame, leaving two on base in the extra inning. Marla Rudd started on second with the extra inning rule. Amanda Ivy walked and Rudd stole third. Meri Morgan Fortune attempted a squeeze bunt but Rudd was thrown out at home. With two outs, Lauren Calvert singled to put runners on the corners but the next batter struck out to end the game.
At the end of regulation, the game was tied at one. Ivy scored the only run of the game after drawing a walk and first baseman Lauren Calvert bunted to drive her home in bottom of the third.
