Charles Lester Gant, 215 Pearl St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terric Demond Cox, 112 Orange Dr., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with being an accessory after the fact and is a state inmate. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Melvin Willie, 214 Bradford St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with enticement of a child to meet for sexual purposes and fondling a child. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Wallace Davion Ford, 1022 Wells Ext., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Franandez Rodriguez Taylor, 206 Kind Rd., Enid, is being held for Tallahatchie County.

Jose Juan Rubio, 3617 Yorkshire St., Loreto, Texas, is a federal inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in Federal Court.
