Elliot D. Roseman, 1826 South 56th St., Milwaukee, was arrested and charged with intent to distribute and possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marece D. Milton, 5540 Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, false identifying information, possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute and is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dallis G. Forsythe, 6873 Dogwood Manor West, Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
