‘Angel Tree’ needs help to help needy

Junior Auxiliary of Batesville recently set up two “Angel Trees” to benefit 41 local children in need of support this Christmas.

Each tree is decorated with angel ornaments that have the child’s sizes and wish list on the back.

The trees are located in the lobbies of Regions Bank and Tri-Lakes Medical Center where community members can select a child to adopt. Unwrapped gifts for the adopted children will then be returned to either Regions or Tri-Lakes by December 16 and distributed by JA members before Christmas.
