November 11

David Orville Branch,  401 Boothe St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Hunter E. Richardson, 711 College St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, driving while license suspended and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeremy Q. Parker, 114 Patterson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 8

Brandon S. Turner, 973 Shell Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Ricky L. Henderson, 125 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public profanity. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Earl T. Benson, 902 Shand Bottom Senatobia, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 9

Thomas W. Watkins, 10 Riverview Dr. Apt. No. 2, Anderson, Md., was arrested and charged with violation of probation (burglary). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Edward D. Houston, 216 Panola Ave., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jonathan H. Keen, 17279 C Hwy. 51 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Troy L. Smith Jr., 124 Main St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be hear in Batesville Municipal Court.

Richard Cathey Jr., 119 Cox St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

November 10

Jason William Holloway,  2586 Sardis Lake Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Damion DeAndre Stokes, 105 North Ave., Crenshaw, is here for court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

John M. Gray, 219 Scoggins Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with arson. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kimberly M. Wilkins, 3066 McCool Ave., Memphis, was arrested on an indictment. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jarvis T. Arnold, 425 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

David D. Hill, 639 Taylor Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Brandon R. Lark, 258-A Maywood Rd, Como, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Deondre D. Young, 107 MLK Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Larry W. Jackson, 435 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Chris Allen Griste, 4937 Union Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, no proof of insurance, suspended driver’s license and DUI-other. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

November 12
William Henderson, 3505 B. Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jerry Lee Cantrell, 169 Forest Drive South, Sardis, is serving weekends. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mario Baber, 3 Larry Court Apt. No. 6, Bloomington, Ill., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Latifah L. Ellis, 460 Armstong St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
