BATESVILLE – Tommy Hall Jr., 59, died September 19, 2011, at Golden Living Center.

Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Peter M.B. Church. Burial will be in Batesville Cemetery.

Pastor Odell Draper will officiate. Eddie Robinson Funeral Home has charge.

Survivors include: his children, Sherleane Hall Johnson, Verkedra Hall and LaTonya Johnson.

BATESVILLE – Rosie Mae Henderson, 61, died September 14, in Memphis. Funeral services will be Saturday in Champaign, Ill. at Williams Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with services following at 2 p.m. Officiant will be Bishop L. Ross.

Born July 15,1950, in Sledge, Henderson was the daughter of the late Adolphus and Estella Coleman.

Henderson’s family moved to Chicago and she had a career as a certified nursing assistant, working for a physician and traveling to England, Africa, and Spain.  

She also performed on the radio, television and at the National Pentacostal Church Convention.

She is survived by daughter,Felisha Harris of Champaign; brothers James,Johnnie, and Peter Coleman; sisters Katie Eppenger, Lottie Marsh and Viola Coleman; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
