C. D. Overton of Batesville (left) was the overall winner of the Racing for Paws 5K run Saturday during the Springfest activities downtown. He finished the race in 18:13 minutes with a pace of 5:53 per mile. First place female winner was Nicole Pell of Southaven who completed the run in 19:57 on a pace of 6:27 per mile.
