Leading the first lap at last Friday’s Relay for Life on the Batesville Square were cancer survivors. The all-night walk benefited the American Cancer Society. Fifteen teams had been raising money for weeks prior to the event. About 300 walkers participated. The Panolian photo by Glennie Pou
