A story in the Tuesday edition, (Melee breaks out, spreads through town after party), incorrectly identified Rosemary Atkins as having rented the Eureka for the party. Atkins said that she did not rent the Eureka.

The Panolian regrets the error. The newspaper staff makes diligent effort to publish factual information. When mistakes occur, they will be promptly corrected upon being called to the attention of the editor.

Correction: War, Wardlaw honor roll names omitted

Lea Todd War and Tori Wardlaw were included on the superintendant’s list at Pope School. They were not listed on the original honor roll published April 5.
