Pattersons need help after house fire

Terrance and Debra Patterson and their three boys lost everything in a house fire Saturday night.

The mobile home the family of five lived in on Alred Road in Courtland caught fire around 9:30 p.m., according to Mrs. Patterson. She said early indications show a possible electrical shortage was the culprit.

The family is asking for help to replace the things lost in the fire. The $5,000 insurance only covered items inside the residence and Mrs. Patterson is trying to replace the home.

“It is hard with only $5,000 to find another trailer,” she said.

Mrs. Patterson wears a size 14 women’s clothes and seven and a half and eight shoes.

Mr. Patterson wears 36 pants, 2X shirts and size 10 shoes.

The three boys wear size 18 boys, 34 and 36 men’s pants and large and extra-large shirts. Their shoe sizes are 9 and 9.5 men’s shoes.
