 Rosa “Genie” Legge Lewallen Cauthen

SARDIS–– Rosa “Genie” Legge Lewallen Cauthen, 76, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Sardis Community Nursing Home.

Services will be held today at 1 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. Glen Bowman will officiate. Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery. Wells Funeral Home has charge.

Cauthen, born Dec. 12, 1933, in Sardis, to Robert Wayne and Margaret Estelle Legge, was retired from Batesville Job Corps Center where she worked in security.

Survivors include: her husband, Aubry “Lew” Lewallen of Sardis; two sons, Michael Eugene Lewallen and his wife Janet of San Antonio, Texas and Robert Lewallen and his wife Dian of Keller, Texas; two brothers, Robert William Legge of Batesville and Gerald Wayne Legge Sr. of Baldwin and four grandchildren.
