The Panola Country Club Course is the setting of the annual golf match against Back Acres of Senatobia Saturday and Sunday.

This is this year’s ‘Ryder Cup‘ team from Panola Country Club including Jay Amis, Dwayne Barmer, Jeremy Aldridge, Jamie Easley, Scott Powers, Chris Reed, Joel Rivers, Taylor Rivers, Paul Savage, Dennis King, Parnell Stubblefield, Andy Yelton, Will Worsham, Bob Graves, Joe Rivers, Ralph Egbert, Baker Patton and Mickey Aldridge.

Also scheduled at the golf course this weekend is the annual Batesville Exchange Club Caring for Kids Tournament on Saturday morning starting at 8 a.m. For more information, see the ad on page A12. The Ryder Cup will be played after the  Caring for Kids Tournament around 1 p.m.
