Peach Blooms

Blooms in the orchards of Tom McCullar in the Mt. Olivet community in southeast Panola County are a sign of fresh peaches to come this summer. McCullar operates the largest commercial peach orchard in this part of the state, with 2,500 trees producing 30 varieties of peaches. The Panolian photo by Rita Howell
