Fireworks show celebrates Fourth

Batesville’s July Fourth celebration at the Civic Center on Saturday afternoon will offer entertainment for all ages, with a Cowboy Kiddie Carnival, inflatables, and a rock climbing wall. Monster Truck rides will be available and concession stands will be open. Activities begin at 5 p.m.

Free concerts will begin with the Lighthorse Harry Band performing at 6:30 p.m. followed by Electric Rodeo at 8 p.m. The free fireworks show will begin at 10 p.m., with a display synchronized to music, according to Mayor Jerry Autrey.

Participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, but no pets or coolers.
