Seth Barnett, a recent North Delta graduate, was chosen to play in the 2008 Mississippi Private School Association All Star Baseball game on Saturday, May 24 at Trustmark Park, starting at 11 a.m.

Barnett was part of the North Delta Green Wave baseball team where he played left field. He was one of four seniors on the Wave team this year.

Playing since he was seven years old, Barnett joined  the North Delta team his sophomore year of school.

Also chosen to play in the game from district 1A was Kaleb Brown from Tunica, Joe Garner from Marvell, Hunter Herrington from Desoto and Mark Husband from Tunica.

Barnett plans to attend Mississippi State University in the fall.
