| February 19 Anthony J. Henderson, 818 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply and possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. February 20 James Michael Brewer Jr., 2137 Brewer Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Nathaniel Blaine Tramel, 201 Bruce St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Daniel E. Lossman, 1529 Lakewood Landing Apt. 108, Imperial, Mo., was sentenced to 10 years with six suspended with credit for 175 days. The case was heard in Circuit Court. Josephine Nelson Gale, 58711 Hwy. 51 North, Como, was served a bench warrant and indictment for the sale of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Jimmy Dale McGhee, 4141 A. Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court. February 21 Larry Daniel, 213 Atkin St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Edward Davis, 900 Levee Rd., Crowder, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Rhonda Faye Lawson, 115 Fourth St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Steven Maurice Toliver Jr., 207 Watts St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Terrance R. Clark, 3258 Macedonia Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sale of crack cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. James R. Bradley, 4228 Pope-Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Rickey L. Albritton, 108 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Smith, 114 Dora St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony child neglect, possession of cocaine and possession of crack cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Melissa E. James Edward Thompson, County Road 309, Oxford, was arrested and charged with two counts of false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Vincent Earl Davis, 14519 Hwy. 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with improper equipment tag display, careless driving and felony possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Permirs Ladarrell Davis, 391 Spruce St., Oakland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. Herbert Eugene Green, 416 Kimmons Ave., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with speeding and possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Tyrone Sanford, 386 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
