December 11
Melvin D. Holmes, 212 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. He is also being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joseph E. Smith, 2242 Vassar Rd., Pope, is being held for investigation.

Marvin G. Brownlee, 207 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested on a writ to take custody. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Courtney M. Rudd, 236-B Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana-less than one ounce. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Roman D. Milam, 611 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Daniel A. Trusty, 1680 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

David George, 533 North Last Chance Gulch, Helena, Mont., was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Roderick E. Johnson, 514 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Henry J. Ford Jr., 150 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Apt. C-3, Batesville, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Juvenile, 137 Coles Point Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, no driver’s license and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Yosheya C. Williams, 219 Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

December 13
Patrick A. Scroggins, 2173 Liberty Hill Rd., Courtland, is serving 30 days in jail.

James R. Nocolla, Old Panola Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation.

Cordette L. Mottley, 303 Railroad St., Lot 23, Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Roy R. Hales, 550 Simpson Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with a violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Wesley S. Bryant, 2882 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jason W. Holloway, 2586 Sardis Lake Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jimmy Wooten Jr., 21 Scott Rd., Batesville, is being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Sandy K. Smith, 8 Martin Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brenda Pettis, 307 Percyville St., Sardis, is being held for transport to Rankin County.

Ronald L. Lancaster Jr., 4815 Darling Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Janice D. Jones, 600 McElroy Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana-less than one ounce and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Charles W. McGhee, 209 Musgrove Rd., Batesville, was housed for a Circuit Court appearance on charges of child fondling.

John C. Barnes, 1978 Tony Keating Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jessica L. Jones, 1978 Tony Keating Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Reginald D. Hoskins, 335 Shamrock Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Herbert Black, 28655 Highway 51 North, Como, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sharia D. Irons, 1537 Broad St., Clarksdale, is being held for the Tallahatchie County Sheriff’s Department.

Christopher D. Wall, 525 Sara Dickens Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Edward L. Brown, 61 Bishop Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Raymond R. Flowers, 170 Greenbriar Cir., Courtland, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Donald P. Dawkins, 31540 East Blackjack Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended-implied consent and leaving the scene of an accident. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ricky L. Ware, 652-A Old Highway 49 South, Richland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana-less than an ounce, and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Toby R. Wallace, 128 Sara Dickens Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Juvenile, 63 Wilson Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

December 16
Bruce T. Fitzgerald, 5247 Smith Rd., Crenshaw, was indicted on a charge of possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Earnest E. Leverson, 300 Green Hill Cir., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. the case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wanda F. Spencer, Highway 51 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John M. Pickett, 170 Pear St., Pope, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Montez D. Jackson, 203 Willie Hibbler Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jerry L. Raines, 119 County Road 374, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mitchell L. Raines, 116 Rutherford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Barbara Hutchins, 1080 Highway 51, Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ollie Marie Hall, 430 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
